Marc Faber: Ease Up on Stocks, Gradually Accumulate Gold

"Where investors were overly negative last year, they are now overly optimistic about the prospects for the U.S. economy. I think the (stock) market is very overbought."



"I wouldn't want to be in his shoes but if I were in his shoes I would wait for the markets to sell-off to get some sympathy for implementing QE3. It's politically not very easy to implement QE3 now."



"I happen to believe that home prices in the south of the U.S., in Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, are relatively inexpensive compared to other asset prices."
