Bill Gross sees a trapped Fed and more QE

I think there is a Fed put. There's an ECB put and a question put to Draghi a few weeks ago. What was the first thing he thought of in the morning? He said where the stock market was. That's a fundamental consideration for central bankers. The proper consideration? Probably not.
