Gary Shilling Sees US Recession, S&P 800

Shilling sees the 10-year treasury at 1% and the 30-year possibly falling to 2%. To wit: "Even at low yields, even a minor drop in yields still gives you big appreciation."

Housing prices could fall another 20% based on excess inventories of 2M homes which could take 4 years to absorb.
