Chris Mayer, author of Capital & Crisis, discusses his trip to Myanmar, including one very interesting feature of "monetary mayhem." Apparently, the only foreign currency the people of Myanmar accept is the US dollar, but they must be in mint condition - creased bills are not accepted!
